Project Manager Human Resources (m/f/d)

Frankfurt am Main, Augsburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg

 

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Human Resources to oversee our company's projects, rollouts, quality assurance, HR transformation, and data quality/integrity initiatives in the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the human resources aspects of various projects, ensuring data quality and integrity, and driving HR transformation initiatives to improve processes and systems. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR aspect of various projects, rollouts, quality assurance, HR transformation, and data quality/integrity initiatives in the DACH region. 
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project milestones are met. 
  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Identify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Communicate project status and progress to senior management and stakeholders. 
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards. 
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to project team members as needed. 
  • Manage vendor relationships related to HR projects. 
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure consistency in HR policies and procedures across the organization. 
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives to improve processes and systems. 
  • Ensure data quality and integrity within HR systems in the DACH region. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR project management, rollout management, quality assurance, HR transformation, and data quality/integrity. 

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and oversee cross-functional teams. 

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 

  • Ability to think strategically and proactively identify and resolve project-related issues. 

  • Experience with vendor management and negotiation. 

  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
